Packsize Software Development Manager interview questions

The application process was not modern, required a lot of data entry for information that was already on my resume, and required a cover letter too. It was tough to get something scheduled, something about their system not working properly (big red flag for a software company). The interviewer was completely impersonal. No followup, not even a rejection. The team seems religious about tech stack and agile framework. Overall the process was impersonal and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to apply here.
