I applied at my university. Palantir reached and after passing initial question on Hackerrank Phone interview was set and after passing phone interview onsite interview was in London. Onsite there were three tehnical interviews and one hiring manager interview.

A recruiter reached out to me and has the initial screening. Then the recruiter reached back to me after 3 weeks. You just have to wait for the recuriter to reach out to you. It could take some time.
