I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi)
Interview
I was contacted by a consultant and told this position would be for UAE location. Had 2 telephonic interviews - one from Australia and one from London. Both were less technical and more about why palantir? Then I was called for a face-to-face intrerview at Abu Dhabi. 3 interviewers talked to me. It was again more or less technical and also again, why palantir type of questions. I was called in for face-to-face interviews at Palo Alto office. I had 3 interviwers talk to me there. All in all, I had 8 interviews after which they regretted for not able to consider me for a position with them. This whole process took approx 4months. The process is pathetic and time consuming, I had to turn down other offers in the mean time and ultimately ended up with no offer with Palantir too. Interviews had some boring/frequently-asked questions and also some good questions. Sometimes the interviwers get too choosy, they expect a specific answer and if you are not able to get there, you are out.
Also, as many reviews say here, if you are out with a tee-shirt in your hand after the interviews, that strictly means a No. Also, I think the recruitment coordinators need to be trained well - to talk nicely to interview candidates and also to schedule interviews on time. I had to wait for about 45mins. Also, I am not sure what the interviewers are actually looking for. Even if you fare well through out the interviews, you may end up with no offer. So, you never know. The focus is more on your favourite programming language, in my case it happened to be java.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
White board coding for java questions. Interfaces and Java Generics. Also, standard design problems.
I had behavioral interviews and then 4 in person interviews. The behavioral was straightforward. There was also a data query interview where they taught you a new "language" and had you execute basic queries in it. Then there was a system design interview. I had two of these. The last one they asked me if I was deployed to the moon to identify new species of alien what kind of system would I build.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by a technical interview with an engineer. The technical round focused primarily on LeetCode-style coding questions and problem-solving. The recruiter was responsive and the interview process was straightforward.

Question 1
What is a technical project I have worked on recently.
A recruiter reached out to me and has the initial screening. Then the recruiter reached back to me after 3 weeks. You just have to wait for the recuriter to reach out to you. It could take some time.
