Interview
HackerRank OA -> Recruiter phone screen -> technical interview (leetcode) -> virtual onsite (learning + decomposition) -> hiring manager interview (decomposition) -> results
I didn't perform that well in all of my interviews, but I think they continued to let me through because they thought I would be a good fit for the company. It seems like they care a lot about fit. Behaviorals were also much more conversational than normal, they would dig deeper into what I said rather than asking about the bullet points on my resume.
The process included two phone screens, two technical rounds (one DSA and one learning decomposition), and a hiring manager interview. They had my email wrong, so I kept getting notified only a day before interviews, which really sucked.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. I first had a short screening call, followed by a virtual technical interview with the hiring team. Everyone I spoke with was professional and clear about expectations, which helped the process feel smooth and comfortable.
