Met with the office manager, Joyce. She had my resume in front of her and explained to me what the position entailed and what they were looking for. Since the company was under staffed she wanted me to not only check patients in and out but room patients. She also said I would need to triage phone calls of patients to our Physician Assistant and she'd call them back. I was interviewing with the company mainly because they were offering full benefits which my current employer wasn't.
