When I applied for a position, recruitment specialist told me that the position was not well fit to my skillset and we closed the communication on the spot. After couple months, I received a mail for another position from the same person and he told me that he was waiting for a good position to be opened for my skillset. When I told him that position was also OK for me too, process was sky rocketted. 3 meetings in a week, and the next week 2 more meetings(1 at the office) and a week later, I received the verbal confirmation. This timing was pretty quick because I was flexible with the time. It might take a little more time for you based on the position Pretty awesome right? I think it is :)
