I had a phone screen interview with a Senior recruiter from London office however the interview was bit different. In 40 mins phone screen interview he hardly asked me any questions about my self infact gave he me an opportunity to ask questions to know more about business; which was absolutely good. I followed twice after interview but never got feedback. As a recruiter I think, engaging with candidate is a key for now. If someone follow twice pls share feedback

The process was very smooth and the hiring team was very efficient in providing the timely feedbacks and learning points. I had 3 rounds of discussion with the hiring team which got completed i around 3 weeks.
