I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We were set for a call and she had to reschedule. She emailed me about other potential fits for the role (after the one I wanted got filled) and after that, radio silence. I followed up a couple of times but she never responded. Pretty bad candidate experience. Looks like their recruiters are typical agency-high volume that can’t manage their pipeline. Which is not what I was looking for so at the end of the day, I’m grateful she forgot about me. I ended up taking a job at a pretty great company.
