Was reached out by University Recruiter - Initial phone call - Was told I would get an update the following week, didn't receive any update - Emailed recruiter after waiting for a week, did not get a response back, ghosted. Looks like the recruiting department doesn't follow basic practices such as following up with candidates even if they didn't meet expectations. I'm assuming candidate experience isn't a priority.
