      Recruiter Interview

      Mar 21, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Panalpina

      Interview

I had a phone interview with the Recruiter but it was basically just to schedule me with the hiring manager. She just asked basic questions and literally only took less than 10 mins as a prescreening call. I then talked to the Hr director and spent over 50 mins over the phone with her, thought it went well and I was advised I was going to be scheduled in person. I had been in touch with the recruiter for over a month and said the hrd was busy but they wanted to meet me sometime in person. I sent an email to follow up but no response or update since. If this was a company that didn’t afford to provide honest feedback or timely response to candidates then I would not want to be a part of this organization. As a recruiter myself it’s very important to reach out to all your candidates and provide them status updates and not leave them hanging. It’s all about the candidate experience.
