Process is fairly simple, you talk to a Supervisor and they ask you basic questions. They are looking for people with degrees and who have great public speaking skills. None of the Supervisors speak English as a first language, so interview will go very slowly. All Supervisors are hypocrites, they want people to be articulate and you can't understand a word they say. All supervisors are very Asian or very Mexican. If you're Caucasian, you will never move up beyond a Supervisor. They say they are against Nepotism, but everyone is related.
