I had two interviews one with the store manager and one with the area manager. Overall it was pretty straight forward. Finished my contract on the first day. Overall had a probation period of 3 months and to this day I still work there.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
