Got call from General manager about interview date. Within a week after application was submitted
, met inside of the store. Waited for 3-5 minutes. Probably being observed by them. Offered drink and interview took 15-20 minutes, probably dependes how conversation goes. At the end of interview was asked if able to come for second interview same week. Manager was friendly and neutral while asking questions.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
