I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Mira Loma, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Seems like management just wanted someone to work weekends. and if you weren't available, they would say ok thank you. and never call. Never asked about personal goals, school, just things beneficial for the business.
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.
