I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I turned in an application in person. Almost a month later I got called and asked if I was still interested in the job. We scheduled a time for me to come into the store for the interview. The interview consisted of the manager sitting down at a table with me, going over the employee dress code, and telling me when to come back for orientation. No interview questions were asked and orientation was less than a week of getting a call back. Basically hired immediately, the store must have been desperate.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Menifee, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
