Interview
I was interviewed for a team manager position and got the job. I had 2 interviews and did a lot of diligent preparation. The interview process, the first time was about forty minutes. The second time was about an hour and a half.

Question 1
They asked me about my previous work, history and qualifications. They also asked me the "Tell your me about yourself" Question. Overall, on my second interview, I probably answered about twenty questions.
Review resume, basic interview questions then asked to describe why I am right for the job while offering example situations.
Also wanted to know available schedule and my experience with making schedules and working as a team.

Interview
Consists of three part interview
First with talent acquisition then with area manager and finally with general manager and a day where you go in and work a whole shift to see if you like it and they like you
