Question 1
What was the most challenging task at your last job?
First round was a call with a recruiter, she was extremely informative and personable. We discussed experience, interest in industry/company, etc. She then helped me get set up for the next round, which was a Zoom interview with a sales manager. The conversation was extremely positive, engaging, and I felt I had the ability to showcase my experience while learning more about what this manager was looking for. Although I was not the right fit for the team I interviewed for, I only walk away from this experience feeling very grateful and positive for the opportunity to meet some impactful people. The recruiter was extremely supportive, helpful with feedback, and overall helped show Pantheon's true value of excellent communication and strong ethics.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pantheon (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Useless. No technical discussion. Practical exam asking for technologies used 10 years ago not even relevant to the job I would do. Attitude in hiring people: ' We don't have a clue what we are doing and we don't give a **** if we like you we will hire you'.
