Panzer Technologies interview questions

HR mam doing timepass with candidates, They conduct interviews regularly but they didn't select anyone. They just doing timepass. In end of interview mam said they want male candidates only, then why they conduct with female candidate?

it was a 3 round process fist verbal and 2nd was a written test and then hr round mostly about self and knowing the level of our communications skills the wait time was tooling I spent almost 4 hrs on the site for the whole process
