I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Papa John's
Interview
Turned in paper application at the store. I was friends with the regional manager and other employees who worked there so I knew I had a guaranteed interview - which was about a week later. Interview was about 15 min long and only a few questions.
Super easy. Basically you give them your availability and start date. Some general managers will ask for more information, but I’ve rarely seen it done in my 6 years there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa John's in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied online, and they called me to set up an interview within 2 weeks. The "interview" was actually just them taking my documents and telling me when I would start. I got the opportunity to ask them any questions I had as well. The only question I was asked was on my way out the manager jokingly asked how I deal with stress because this is a stressful job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Papa John's (Auburn, AL) in Sep 2019
Interview
Arrived at the interview. Listed my availability and experience. Got a call back the next day for a follow-up. I filled out the paperwork and completed the training courses online. After that, I was officially hired.
