ParadigmIT interview questions

The interview process was straightforward with only two rounds. In the first round, I was asked about Selenium and some manual testing concepts. The second round, a client interview, focused on discussing my past experience. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the hiring team. I ultimately declined the offer due to a two-year bond requirement (which seemed unusual for an experienced candidate) and my discomfort with the team’s approach.

The interview was very good and comfort. I have been asked scenario based technical questions and I was able to answer all the questions. Also, they have checked me whether I am willing to learn new technologies or not.
