Interview
First there was a group dynamic interview, where you were judged on your ability to work with others. A case study was presented and the candidates were supposed to role-play a company meeting. Next, there was a group interview where each applicant talked about themselves and the motivations to work for the company.

Interview
Two interviews, Was terribly disorganized. Interviewers didn't have a clear or consistent vision for the role. They did not seem to know what they were looking for. Ultimately, I don't think they filled the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parfois (Porto, Oporto (Portugal)) in May 2018.
Interview
The hiring and interview process started with a short phone call screen where they asked several questions regarding education, experience and salary expectations. They also used it to schedule an interview.
The first interview was with an HR manager and had an approximated duration of 35 minutes. It was pretty easy and the questions asked were related to my experience and how could I fit the job description (The Interview Questions presented below were asked there). There I was also informed that there was urgency in hiring someone for the position and I got to know more about Parfois (focus on the employees, the average age of the employees in the company (27 years), fast-paced firm).
The second interview was scheduled by phone a couple days after. Normally, there are 3 interviews on their recruitment process but due to the urgency, they decided just to do 2.
The second interview was with the HR manager from the previous interview, Finance Director and the manager of the team that was hiring. The questions asked were basically the same still the behaviour from the Finance Director was disrespectful.
-> When I was asked about myself he kept interrupting and bullying me by criticizing my previous jobs;
-> It was concluded that the job description advertised was fake: Analysis and report of KPIS are different from doing cash flow forecasting, follow-up of business metrics.
-> The other part of the job description was regarding the implementation of an ERP. Nevertheless, they even didn't know which modules to implement or which ERP should they implement which has shown me the lack of professionalism from the firm as well as a lack of veracity in what was advertised and told: how can you focus on the employees when everything shows that it was just a top-down approach? Or when the Finance Director considers that an implementation of an ERP does not imply an organizational change.... Or when he considers that process is more important than the employees ...). It is just a question of mentality still It is not correct to, in a first instance, to state that they focus on the employees when it is not true / the Finance Director does not have the qualifications to conduct a technical interview under these subjects as he did.

Interview
Long interview lasting nearly one hour and a half and talking through the whole CV even though all the information was on the CV . Not really a chance to ask any questions . Interviewer also asked age of a previous manager which was strange . Felt quite an uncreative interview technique for a fashion company .

Interview
The interview took about 20 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly .The questions which were asked were standard interview questions and there were no questions to catch you out. Just make sure to know about the company, an example of how you reached sales targets, working as part of team, how you dealt with a difficult customer etc.

Interview
Parfois contacted me through linkedin. I was not really looking for a job at the time, but I accepted to take the interview process anyways. The initial process went as usual, I sent my CV and they set up a meeting in their HQ. However, to attend this meeting, because there are very few public transportation to there, I had to call for a taxi to get there and return. As I left the place, they told me they were checking other candidates, but they would let me know.
One month had passed and still no phone call, no message, not even one email. I emailed them, to say that it would be nice from them, to, at least, send an email thanking me for taking the time and money for going there. They never answered!
Therefore, if you think about applying to work at this company, give a second thought. Just see how they care about people!
