It is fundamental to identify the talent and be proactive in order to retain the right people.

Pros

One of the biggest retail companies in Portugal. In most of departments there’s good team spirit and great work environment. Work will be recognized and appreciated if done efficiently and pro-actively.

Cons

People in superior positions may change regularly since some of them are from other countries. There can be salary discrepancies amongst people with same position.

Incredible company with the great challenge of being the best accessories company in the world. They have the resources teams and products to achieve it. You may expect great growing and different challenges in a short period of time because it is so dynamic and the company grows fast. They are recluting and developing people constantly.
