Lack of respect for the IT dept work coming from top management; Zero team spirit inside the department (only in my team); No value for you hard work; Low salary

For now I have any downsides, just sometimes you just have a little bit pariente with the people and always keep the smile

I just want team work like helping in everything that we need, be patiente... and the work will be better and we can try to sell more.

It's a good place to learn, because you learn the hard way.
Cons
Don't work there if you have any love for your mental health. People are fired regularely and without notice.
