Recruiter Reached Out to discuss on the opportunity. 2 rounds of discussion had took place. First with the Director. 2nd with the CTO. The Director was supportive in the discussion and encouraged the candidate to share the knowledge and skill sets. Then a discussion was setup with the CTO. The CTO was not interested in the skill sets. He tried to assume that the candidate does not know anything. And tried to prove the same. After some time, the candidate stopped making argument with the CTO and in a way communicated that cto has all the knowledge in the world and the candidate is just starting to learn and will continue learning skills. Just another interview where panel is not looking for how candidate can add value and acknowledge the skills. But, more like everyone should know everything in the technology world...each technology, each database, each programming language, each queue...like everything in the world of technology. The good part was 2 step interview process and the company did not focus on calculating hike percentages in expected compensation.

Interview
Third part Hr scheduled an interview. 1st round of interviews went well and they gave assignments. The company Hr and third part Hr gave different information about the interview feedback after 1st round. I don't know what was happening. Company hr said its positive feedback so I spent 3 days doing assignments and gave my best. At last, the company sends an sms not even mail about the rejection. They did not give any feedback after asking, unprofessional hr, and hiring managers. Waste of time and energy. Felt like the whole process was a time pass for them.
