First round was your typical leetcode grind on hackerrank, second was full system design. Emailed my recruiter like four times after asking for literally any update and got absolutely nothing back! The lack of communication is crazy tbh, especially after they hit me with the whole "we'll respond to every question you have" and "don't hesitate to reach out." After talking to other people in the interview process, apparently it wasn't just me whose recruiter ignored them. I feel like recruiters don't realize how much time we actually spend preparing and stressing over these interviews. A little empathy would go a long way. I feel like I wasted so much time.
