Round 1 — Talent Acquisition (30–45 min): Review of CV and experience. Friendly, organised, and positive tone.
Take-home: Classification task provided after the TA screen. Instructions weren't very clear.
Round 2 — Technical panel (60 min, US-based ML scientists/engineers): One panelist remained off-camera, didn’t introduce themselves, and spoke only once. The other interviewer was courteous but generally disengaged with my examples. A live LeetCode-style coding exercise was included without prior notice. I hadn’t prepared for that format and underperformed.
Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We constantly aim to create the best possible candidate experience, but admittedly things can always be improved. Your feedback is valuable and will help us understand how we can evolve our interview process.
