Had the phone interview, was immediately offered the in-person, set up for the following week. During the in-person I was told I would not be meeting with the original interviewer and was instead to meet with two other people. The interview was fairly easy, they asked some interesting questions about judging success and were gauging how much of a self-starter you are. Upon the conclusion of the interview I was told that an HR representative would reach out within 3-5 days with an answer. A week had passed and I heard nothing, so I reached out and was told that a decision had not yet been made, but a rep would reach out the next week. Still heard nothing by the following week, so I called again and was told that "There isn't space on the team at this time". Overall, it was a very disappointing process, to have been strung along for the better part of two weeks and have zero communication during the hiring process was very frustrating. If I didn't get the job, fine, but at least let me know in a timely manner so that I can go about my search.
