Interview
Got an e-mail for a phone interview in March, when the pandemic was declared. They sent me a few questions and told me to prepare as an onsite interview. When finished the call, the recruiter told me she would let me know in a couple of days. Never got any reply nor feedback, and 1 month and a half later they have sent me a general message to tell me I didn't get the position. It's something that I already knew, but the lack of seriousness and respect towards the candidate it's what drives me nuts.

Interview
The recruiter rescheduled our phone screening interview three times, the last time just 10 minutes before the interview. During the call, he was polite, courteous and asked the usual behavioural questions.
He ghosted me after the interview, and I did not hear back, even though I followed up with an email.
The manner in which this is handled is extremely unprofessional since even an automatic email would yield a conclusion to the interview process.

Interview
Interview process straightforward and efficient, 3 part process with language assesment included, one on one with managers and HR for basic interview questions. They are generally very friendly and the meetings are enjoyable.
3 steps - 20 min phone call with hr, 30 min video interview with hr, and 1 hour video interview with managers, plus language proficiency test. 2 weeks total.
