I met PayPal at CareerZoo, I was contacted personally about 2 weeks later and offered an interview the next day (I had to push it out a few days due to my schedule). I started with a phone interview in German, a technical test over HTML, CSS, etc., then a single interview with the manager and technical lead for the team together in the room at the same time. I would say my on-site time was under 3 hours.
