Application on the company website via LinkedIn. Only a couple of very straightforward questions, no need to write an essay.
1. Recruiter reached out by email to confirm my interest in the role.
2. First round call with recruiter asking great questions beyond the standard screening style. Recruiter had done research. It was an insightful and transparent conversation.
3. Meeting with hiring manager. Questions to demonstrate experience/knowledge/comfort with technical and commercial sides of the role. A nice cultural chat followed by my time for questions.
4. Technical exercise with a 24-hr test window. Not too hard, but requires some capability in the role and attention to detail.
5. Interview with department leaders to get to know cultural fit, and verify technical experience.
6. Offer stage.
Overall, it was a really honest and insightful bunch of conversations. Communication and cadence was great the entire process. They were understanding and respectful of my timeline, too. Their team was impressive and convinced me about the opportunity. The offer was very competitive.
