Interview
Went through a single round of interview ran by two different interviewers. Started off with behavioral questions (the STAR method was extremely helpful) then transitioned into a Q&A type session.

Was contacted through email by a HR to set up a first interview. Interview was a basic screening call and talked more about the internship role and next steps. Was ghosted after this.

In person interview. Asked about experience, what I knew about sales, what I would do in certain situations, etc. Was lowkey, low pressure, I felt as though they were looking for someone who was confident, not cocky, eager to learn, and with a good attitude.

It was a single rounded, 45-minute interview that involved discussing my resume, technical aspects of it and some basic code questions. The interview is easy and the interviewee makes the environment very comfortable to talk in, they are looking for hard-working, smart individuals for their company
