Overall the interview process was standard and was not very thorough. I felt like more questions should have been asked to get to know me and I was rushed off a couple of interviews even before the hard cutoff had been reached. There were several interviews to go through before reaching a decision. Communication throughout the process was lacking tremendously.

The hiring process at Paycom was really impressive to me, mostly because of the recruiting staff, especially Emily Watts. She has been such a great help with everything and anything that I asked her about. Went on first interview over zoom. Was told I had revived a 2nd interview and had it scheduled and then was cancelled on. Never heard back after reaching out multiple times
