Waste of time for any experienced engineer. Look elsewhere.
Applied online, there is a form on their website with questions about system design etc. (weird choice).
Then screening call. They couldn't answer questions about job posting and clarify points which were literally in the vacancy.
Then you get small task on Codility to implement REST methods. After that "take home assignment" to implement complete production ready REST service with exception handling, tests, documentation etc.
Then there is a first tech interview. They ask to explain how this service work and why it is implemented that way. They will be nitpicking stuff like "why this class in this package", "why you extended PagingAndSortingRepository and CrudRepository instead of just one JpaRepository?", "why there is no description about this service in readme file (very important right)?" despite there being complete OpenAPI file with Swagger API accessible via URL. There were some good discussions here and there but interview lacked depth in general. When one of them got bored he asked to write algorithm to check for palindrome.
Next day after the interview I got generic rejection email. The next step supposed to be system design interview.
You are not getting any information about projects or teams you might be working with. They hire generic engineer for generic job. You probably won't even interview with your team before you land the job (if you get that far). Just look at how furiously they post same job 24/7, what is their ideal candidate even? The process itself is a mess. I never got answers to my questions, how many more steps left etc.
