I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process involved two over the phone interviews and one in person. The in person interview was short and to the point. The phone interviews handled most of the heavy lifting when it came to background questions and experiential situations.

Question 1
How do you deal with ambiguity in a growing atmosphere?
It was a very typical interview process. I interviewed with 3 separate individuals who all asked the majority of situational questions where the interviewee was to share examples of: an issue or client/customer question, my response and how it was handled or resolved and the client's response.
Interview with manager and possibly other manager/directors then once hired there are 2 test to take to see if you retained learning the job and must get 80% hire or you are let go.

Question 1
What do you do when you have a deadline and it’s not going to be met?
Interview was quick and easy. Two interviews and that was it. I was then offered the job. I’m not sure what else to say but I need 30 words minimum. It was very nice.
