      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Paylocity (Arlington Heights, IL)

      Interview

After applying to the requisition, I was promptly contacted by the recruiter and scheduled for an hour discussion about my experience as well as a the company. It went well so I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager on site. We spoke for about 2 hours and I was given the opportunity to take a look at the campus in Arlington Heights. I was contacted 2 business days later by phone with feedback. Great experience overall. The interview process was quick, efficient, and courteous. It gave me the opportunity to realize that It wasn't the ideal place for me either way.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paylocity (Schaumburg, IL)

      Interview

10 interviews in total over a period of 2 months, last being with the CHRO who made a lot of assumptions about my resume. Felt like I needed to defend my experience which is usually a first interview experience if that.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paylocity (Arlington Heights, IL) in Dec 2016

      Interview

The outside recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the interview process. She provided good interview preparation and feedback. The company was very flexible in working with me to find a time to interview without compromising my current position. The used a combination of behavioral and situational interview methods. What I appreciated the most was the questions where down to earth and relevant to the position.
