I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paylocity (Peachtree City, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
After initial contact via LinkedIn I participated in a phone interview with an in-house recruiter. Very professional and personable, the experience was pleasant. Although I didn't get an offer I learned a lot about a company I wasn't familiar with and worked on my interview skills.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity (Schaumburg, IL) in Nov 2017
Interview
A short screening call with recruiter, several days later followed a call with a hiring manager, the next week was an onsite series of interviews - 4 total - including a lunch interview which was nice. Interviews were with various roles such as engineers, leaders, directors. Lastly met with a Senior Director for a final check. Throughout the entire process I had constant contact with the recruiter who was very responsive. I was aware of each step and what it entailed which was refreshing.
