Thank you for your feedback! It is true we have recently had to put recruiting on hold in some territories due to territory rearrangements. Transparency is a core principle for us and we apologize for any unintended frustrations these fluctuations caused you. Your recruiter kept your application open within our system in case something arose that was a good fit amidst these changes and the conversation could be reopened with a positive outcome.
