I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Paylocity in Oct 2020
Interview
Was emailed a list of time slots (would recommend signing-up sooner rather than later, they fill up fast) to select an interview time. The interview itself was a hour long, with 30 minutes spent with one interviewer and 30 minutes with another, each asking different questions. During one of the interviews me and the interviewer had casual conversation then the tone quickly changed once we got to the interview portion.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you faced conflict with someone you were working with. How did you handle it?
When working with a large number of customers, it's tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. How did you go about prioritizing customer's needs?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Paylocity (Schaumburg, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The first interview was behavioral and assessed leadership experience and their "core competencies". I thought I bombed the interview because it was impersonal, their facial expressions weren't promising, and the interview ended earlier than expected, but I got a call the next day that I was invited for their final round behavioral and group case interview.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to change your mindset really quickly
Just asked a few basic questions about why i want to work there, my values, and my location. My interviewer was very nice and it was over zoom. It was only 30 minutes, but we got the most out of it.
