Interview
After 6 years of constantly applying for this position, I was finally invited for a Zoom interview. As soon as the cameras were turned on I can clearly see that the three interviewers were not interested in me because of the color of my skin. They never once looked at me directly and asked their questions. They all looked away from the camera and asked their questions. Even when I was responding they were looking away. Their body language indicated that they were just going through the motions. They are not a DEI Company. They are looking for the young white folks.

Very personable and not too stressful. Everyone a Paylocity was super kind and sincere. Only about three interview calls and all very conversational. Just wanted to see if you’d be a good fit for the team and willing to do the job.

Interview
It was good, they are very understanding and make you feel welcome. Questions aren't incredibly stressful. very transparent and informative. They also allow you to meet some employees to gauge how you feel around the team.
