I was contacted by the companies internal recruiter by phone at first. She gave me great detail about the company and the positions. Then, she provided my information to the department manager and she decided that she wanted to interview me as well. The recruiter prepped me for the interview with the manager and a few days later I completed my interview. She was very forthcoming, extremely pleasant, asked great questions and provided sufficient detail for the open positions. That evening the recruiter called me and asked for feedback on the interview. This is the first time an internal recruiter has reached out to not only provide concern for my interaction, but the companies as well. I was then set up for a WebEx with the manager and the team lead. All of this happened within a matter of 3 weeks. A few days later I received an offer!
