The interview itself actually started off really positive, but the communication afterward was disappointing and honestly felt disrespectful.
During the interview for a Customer Care position, I was told they were looking for reliable and consistent people. The interviewer said he liked that my answers were well answered and concise and they even offered to forward my resume internally for another role he thought I might be a better fit for and to arrange a phone interview. Another recruiter eventually called me about the second position, told me they would call me back later that day, and then never did.
I tried following up by phone (all of their phone numbers had busy signals) and email and never received a response. Then shortly afterward, I received a generic rejection email. :\
The rejection itself honestly wasn’t even the issue. It was the lack of communication and follow-through after setting expectations for continued contact. Especially after emphasizing how important reliability and consistency were, while not really showing that throughout the interview process themselves!

Question 1
What is your schedule or availability? Will you be needing days off in the next 60-90 days?
I had an interview call with the department director; it went smoothly. He was kind and patient, answering all my questions clearly and making the conversation feel comfortable and informative.

Question 1
One key thing they asked me was how I would handle sudden spikes in call volume and what tools or strategies I’d use to quickly adjust staffing in real time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Paysign (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2024
Interview
Interviewed and was told would hear something by middle of following week and heard nothing. Would have appreciated the “we’ve moved on to other candidates” at least.
It seemed very unprofessional.
