Interview
A long process. Email, then phone from London, then video Skype from Minnesota, then face to face in Melbourne, then another Skype to Minnesota. Long periods of no communication, but then when word is that I was through to the next round, the process quickened and I was through. To the following round.

How have you tackled a situation in your office where the boss is clearly wrong.

Interview
The interview was about an hour long, and began with questions about experience with coding and Excel, general office etiquette-type questions like "who should you contact in X situation", and college coursework. The second half of the interview was a timed test of ability to understand/interpret XML code fragments and some questions testing general reasoning ability.
