Writing an application form longer than most, doing a task based on the current specification with half of the guidance documents missing. Not receiving even a rejection email after spending precious time doing their recruitment requirements.
Ghosting seems to be a popular tactic by this employer. Good luck!

The interview process was quite awkward as the person taking the interview was dealing with the incoming test takers and hence the flow of the interview was interrupted a couple of times
