PegaSystems hiring process was slow. If you go to interview with them first tell them your current CTC and expected CTC, otherwise it may turn a waste of time.
I attended about 10 rounds of discussions , some of which were technical. Once all the technical rounds were over , I had discussions with two Development Directors and the HR Director.
HR said I am found good at the interview and asked me to send over the last three months Payslips, which usually means they would want to go ahead with the offer. After I sent them the payslips I got a call from the HR telling me that they would like to have another round of technical discussions - this was weird after completing the HR rounds and all. I did take the technical interview again, did well in that too. I got a call from HR saying they want to have another round of technical interview. Basically the technical interviews were same , all asking mostly the same questions again and again.
Finally I understood that Pega cannot afford my pay, and the sad part is that they still keep dragging it conducting the same technical discussions again and again. A huge waste of time for them and for me.
