Interview
After phone interview with recruiter: they wanted to setup a ph call with hiring* manager. Regional manager never kept his appointments, recruiter apologized constantly for there lack of commitment.
Very confusing process seems like a disorganized company.

Interview
Went through several stages of interviews (all via phone) with various people within organization. Initially job posted location being in several cities but they eventually changed locations in the process of interviewing. Interviewed with the recruiter, region mgr and Sales Mgr. Was told I’d get a chance to get passed on to hiring mgr. So surprised to get an email letting me know that I was no longer being considered. I’d interviewed previously with them for another role and also got the run around with location for posted job changing during the actual interview process. This company is completely disorganized and quite disfuncional that they have no idea what they want when they post a job. I would expect a long process for getting hired and be dissatisfied when they actually do offer you a role.

Interview
I had a pleasant screening interview over the phone with the corporate recruiter. I was invited to interview with the hiring manager over the phone as the next step in the process. The hiring manager never called at our scheduled interview time. I called him and received a voicemail, & left a message with no call back.
I was contacted again by the original recruiter, who asked if I was able to connect with the hiring manager and I explained the circumstances. He apologized and said he would reach back out to the hiring manger and have him call me. I never spoke to the hiring manager...
I'm not sure why this hiring manger feels it's acceptable to disrespect other's time and energy. I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere for meaningful employment as this incident is a definite red flag!
