Went to a Route Sales Representative Information Session. Interview to come. Once i get to interview process ill update this Review So Far Very interested on how they conduct sales and market towards big store and to smaller mom and pop shops. The Explained a bit of the pay plan it was very interesting on how it built up. Another thing is how everyone drives a truck and has to get dot, Also they do a Trial Before job offering on what you will be doing.

I applied online around a month or two before my interview. First they called me for screening and asked the basic interview questions like my greatest weakness and my hobbies, and then set up an interview with hiring manager which I have yet to complete

Video calling interview through Google duo, very relaxed feeling, simple conversation with Hiring manager for that region, open flowing interview felt more like a conversation, hiring manager did a good job to make me feel comfortable
