Two day interview process. Night before we had a group dinner to meet the interviewers. The day of the interview we had four different interviews that each had two interviewers. Various structured interviews of varying types. One was a sales pitch, one was a scenario involving a voicemail full of things to do, one was on leadership, and one was on people skills.
