Interview
After meeting a recruiter at the on campus career fair, I applied for the position. I was offered multiple interview time slots. The interview was on-campus. The interviewer had a packet of prepared, multi-part questions, and she wrote my answers down as I spoke. She ended the interview by asking if I had any questions for her. Very typical behavioral interview process, STAR type questions.

Describe a project or outcome driven process. Describe the goals of the project. Were the goals achieved, and if so, how?
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
