My case was exceptionally fast as the position had been vacant for quite a while. Did 2 psychometric tests, physical exam and background check. Had 5 interviews before I was presented with an offer.
Started with phone screening and assessment. Never received any update or feedback. Lack of communication on next steps and HR screener didn’t sound like she understood the role. No clear next steps.
