Met at the campus career fair and was contacted about a month and 1/2 later to set up an initial interview. There was an initial interview and then a second interview at a different site.

Received an email from a recruiter about wanting to set up a phone screen. We set up a time but I never got a call from the recruiter. 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I sent an email just wanting to make sure if everything was alright and whether or not the interview was still happening to which I got no response. After a few days, the recruiter sent me an email saying they need my phone number. Completely ignored my previous email. All the email was in the same thread so this person definitely saw my previous email. No acknowledgment, no apology nothing. After I replied to this email with my number and new availabilities I got completely ghosted.
