Interview
The process took about 6 weeks.
1. Talked with a recruiter at my university career fair. Was asked to schedule for an interview a few days after.
2. First Round: 45 min Zoom interview with one HR rep and another SCA - standard behavioral questions.
3. Second Round: 45 min Zoom call with plant site manager and director - standard behavioral questions.
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

Describe a situation where you had to quickly find a solution to a problem with limited information.
one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
